RaVisie – Conditions

1. Conditions of Training RaVisie

These conditions of training are based upon the General Terms and Conditions, lodged at the Chamber of Commerce in Utrecht under registration number GV 5357 and are also posted on the website of RaVisie and which are valid for all RaVisie training courses, education, workshops, courses and such.

2. Registration

The registration for training is via a registration form.

After receipt of the registration RaVisie sends a written confirmation of the registration together with the invoice.

After receipt of a down payment the registration is definite. (see the correct down payment amount for each training course/education).

To ensure the quality of the training course as well as the intended end result, RaVisie reserves the right to refuse registration of a participant.

Upon signing the registration form or by filling in and submitting the registration form online, the participant demonstrates that he/she has read and agrees to the RaVisie terms and conditions.

3. Participant Fees

  1. The participant fees should be settled at least one month before the start date of the training course. Upon receipt of payment your registration is made definite.
  2. If payment is not timely, RaVisie reserves the right to refuse the participant entry to the training course, and retain the right to claim full or partial payment of the fees.
  3. In default of payment all costs such as loss of interest, collection charges and legal costs are for the participant.

4. Cancellation

  1. Written cancellation is possible via a letter with proof of receipt, or per email which is confirmed as having been received by RaVisie.
  2. For cancellation up to 31 days before the start of the course, administration costs will apply (= down payment amount).
  3. In the case of cancellation less than 31 calendar days before or after the start of the course, the entire participation costs will be due.
  4. Where a participant cancels in advance, the participant has the right to provide a replacement by somebody who meets the entry criteria. This replacement is valid for the entire training.
  5. In the case of force majeure, e.g. sickness, death of a relative, RaVisie may decide to retain participation costs and to provide the opportunity for a participant to receive the training at another time.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. RaVisie reserves apprpriate rights on the basis of the Copyright law.
  2. All material issued by RaVisie, such as brochures, training material, handbooks, sheets, syllabi, and any other written materials used in the training courses, are for the exclusive use of the participant and may not be copied, published or shared with third parties, unless with the advance permission of RaVisie.
  3. It is not allowed to make sound recordings during the training.
  4. It is only permitted to make film/photo recordings at agreed times during a training.

6. Liability

  1. RaVisie is only liable for damage as a result of neglect on the part of RaVisie, if:
  2. The damage is resulting from deliberate or gross negligence on the part of Ravisie.
  3. Ravisie is insured for these risks under normal conditions (not being the result of deliberate and/or gross negligence) or can be expected to have insured these for risks, under normal conditions.
  4. RaVisie’s liability, in as far as liability insurance covers such incidents, extends to the amount of the payout from the insurance company.
  5. RaVisie’s liability, in the case of indirect damage, or damage/injury as a result of damage, missed profit, missed economies and damage through company stagnation, is excluded.
  6. RaVisie is by no means liable for what a participant does with knowledge obtained during the training/education course.

7. Changes

  1. RaVisie reserves the right to cancel a training before the start date. In the case of a course being cancelled by Ravisie then full course fees will be repaid to participants.
  2. In the case of missed lessons (due to absenteeism) no monies will be returned. Where possible within the program a participant will be provided with an opportunity to catch up with lessons/modules. It is desirable that participants make it known that they will not be present, either telephonically or by letter/email, before the start date of the training.

8. General

  1. Complaints may be addressed to RaVisie by letter. Any differences which may result from this complaints procedure are subject to Dutch Law.
