RaVisie is a consulting agency for organisational development, and we consist of one woman and one man. Ben and Bas Licher.
We set up Ravisie in 1998 with the aim of supporting people, companies and organisations to be able to function more effectively. Consultancy, Coaching and Training form the core of our services. We use NLP techniques (Neuro Linguistic Programming ) in all of our work, if it proves useful at the time. Which it does, most of the time.
Several studies, international work and life experience and intensively involved in NLP over the last couple of years, Ben and Bas are also Licensed NLP Trainers, certified in Neuro Hypnotic Repatterning, trained by Richard Bandler (Co-founder of NLP) and are also Identity Compass trainers and consultants. The latter means they’re experts in the NLP Metaprogrammes.

We consult, coach and train with bags of character. For example: we consult and supervise organisational development and during change processes. We give personal coaching and team coaching and organise workshops, training and courses (in company as well as public, with or without NLP).

Personally
After studying nursing and tropical agricultural science, we lived and worked in Zambia, Niger and Burkina Faso for 15 years. Working on projects where inspiring, encouraging “bottom up” communication, stimulating problem solving and result orientated management, (nowadays it’s called solution focused) and flexibility were daily keywords and challenges. Our expatriate experiences include different countries in South America, Asia and Africa, and in the past years we travelled, vacationed (sailing or mobile homes), studied and worked in Europe. It took a few years, but nowadays we feel at home in the Netherlands and we know what you are going through as an expatriate. If you know how to speak English, German or French … (or Dutch) we know how to get you going!
In 1992 we returned to Holland and besides working in a consultancy and civil engineering company we participated in many courses, training courses and studied business, management, law and quality and enviromental care systems.
After having lived and worked together for almost 18 years we decided to set up RaVisie in 1998. We form a powerful duo which harmoniously interACTs. Through coaching, training and consulting we uncover capacities, talents and skills and we inspire and stimulate people. Working intensively with people is our passion and it inspires us. Every single client teaches us something.
